A beautiful old high-grade silver khamsa, made in Morocco in the early to mid 20th century. It is very thin and light but robust, with intricate engraved designs and a green glass faceted cabochon which, unusually, also shows through the back of the khamsa. It has a lovely worn patina. The khamsa has a Ram’s Head hallmark, indicating authenticity and purity of silver. Wear commensurate with age.
